Available emergency simulators
Emergency simulators are tools which allow us to work with the system on aspects such as:
- The preparation of emergency plans.
- The study of possible behaviour regarding a certain emergency in defined conditions.
- Risks to be dealt with in changing circumstances during different stages at fire scenes.
It is a question of representing the data obtained from mathematical models and empirical evidence graphically and in context.
At present it supports and serves data for management of:
- Forest fires.
- Floods caused by overflowing, leakage and rainfall.
- Volcanic eruptions (including phreatic explosions and pyroclastic flows).
- Discharges into the sea, rivers, lakes, etc.
- Transport of dangerous goods.

And we worked during 2009/2010 in:
- Major accidents caused by explosions, radiation and/or excessive pressure and their effects.
- Analysis of the release of toxic gases into the atmosphere.
- Hurricane winds.
- Tsunami alerts.
All of these emergencies and models have been developed by technicians familiar with the specific problems of each case.
